
COMPETITOR, COACH, & SPECTATOR PRICES
FUTURE CHEER INTERNATIONAL CHEER & DANCE CHAMPIONSHIPS

ATHLETES:
Prices are PER PERSON.
- Cheer/dance TEAM entry (not including stunt groups)— £32.00 per athlete.
- Additional (2nd or 3rd) cheer/dance TEAM entries— £18.00 per athlete.
- Stunt Groups/Partner Stunt— £20.00 per athlete.
- Mascot— £20 per athlete.
Example: To enter a cheer division, the cost is £32. To enter a dance division in addition to that, it will be an additional £18, for a total of £50.
NOTE: STUNT GROUPS, PARTNER STUNTS, AND MASCOTS DO NOT HAVE TO HAVE A TEAM ENTRY FROM THEIR PROGRAM TO BE ELIGIBLE TO COMPETE.
COACHES:
- Up to TWO coaches PER TEAM are FREE and will receive coaches badges, which are required for entry to the warm-up room or main arena floor. Coaches badges will serve as your entry to the competition venue.
- Up to ONE coach per Stunt Group or Partner Stunt Group that does not have a full team also competing is FREE. Otherwise, stunt groups and partner stunts do not indicate more free coaches.
- Additional coaches passes are available upon request for £18 each.
SPECTATOR FEES:
Spectator tickets can be purchased in one of three ways.
- In advance with your registration pack and payment. Because FC competitions are growing rapidly, we HIGHLY recommend this method to guarantee your spectator tickets. Advance purchase tickets MUST BE PICKED UP IN ONE PACKAGE BY THE TEAM COACH AT REGISTRATION.
- Online via PayPal on the Future Cheer website OR by calling the FC Office on 0208.669.2555. This option will be available to the general public the day after the official registration deadline. This allows registering teams to have priority on spectator tickets by purchasing them with their registration packs. Pre-purchased (online) tickets MUST BE PICKED UP BY THE PERSON DESIGNATED ON THE PAYPAL RECEIPT. RECEIPT WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE E-MAILED UPON ONLINE PURCHASE AND IS REQUIRED TO CLAIM YOUR TICKETS ON THE DOOR.
- At the door via cash or credit card. Due to H&S restrictions, we regret that we cannot guarantee availability at the door for all venues. Your best option is to purchase in advance, but if tickets are still available on the day, you can purchase them at the door.
The cost for tickets is the same regardless of how and when they are purchased. However, there is added convenience in purchasing tickets ahead of time because you skip the queue waiting to pay on the door and if you purchase in advance, you are guaranteed entry.
SPECTATORS:
- Children 5 and under— FREE
- Children 6-11— £5.00 (one day)
- Children 6-11— £8.00 (weekend)
- Adults 12 and over— £8.00 (one day)
- Adults 12 and over— £10.00 (weekend)
- Competitors are admitted free of charge throughout the weekend.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS:
- Registrations including ALL required paperwork and payment in full for FUTURE CHEER 2006 INTERNATIONAL CHEER & DANCE CHAMPIONSHIPS must be RECEIVED at the Future Cheer office by 20 May, 2006.
- NEW FOR 2006: Please help us prepare the most organized and professional event possible by submitting all registration paperwork (as noted on the Registration Check List in the registration pack) and full payment on time! Registrations received after the deadline noted above will be subject to a £45 late fee PER TEAM. Sorry, there will be NO EXCEPTIONS so please plan ahead.
PAYMENTS:
- Payments can be made by cheque, money order, or credit/debit card.
- Please make cheque or money orders payable to: FUTURE CHEER.
- Please call for credit/debit card payment. 0208.669.2555.
- One cheque per team/program. No individual cheques accepted.
- REGISTRATIONS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL ALL PAPERWORK AND PAYMENTS ARE RECEIVED IN FULL.
Division Changes
Division changes will be made only by request in writing (fax, e-mail, or snail mail). The request must be received (not postmarked) by Future Cheer no later than the MAY 20, 2006 Registration Deadline in order to be honored. Future Cheer is not responsible for lost or misdirected correspondence, so please call to confirm receipt of your request. If your division change is approved, you will receive notification via the e-mail address that you provide on your registration form.
ABSOLUTELY NO DIVISION CHANGES WILL BE MADE AFTER THE REGISTRATION DEADLINE OF MAY 20, 2006. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Returned Checks
Returned checks will incur a £25 processing fee and may result in cancellation of your entry because of missed deadlines.
